Twice a month, on every Full Moon and New Moon, I hold virtual energy sessions specifically designed for creatives. These sessions are a gentle yet powerful reset—a way to clear what doesn’t belong, come back to your center, and reawaken your life force. When we’re reconnected to that spark, creative breakthroughs happen naturally.

Each session lasts about an hour and takes place in the comfort of your own space. All you need is a quiet environment and a journal. We begin and end with short guided journaling to anchor insights and track your journey.

I was first introduced to this work while traveling to San Diego to experience Minh Clare’s energy sessions, and it changed something in me forever. Since then, I’ve had moments of deep self-recognition, divine love, sudden tears, wild laughter, and clarity I didn’t know was possible. These sessions became a ritual—one I always wanted to share with my creative friends.
